Application

Shake well before use. Utilizing the roll-on applicator, apply to the bottoms and top of your feet, in between and around your toes. . Re-apply as needed. We recommend wiggling your toes to help spread the formula between your toes for full coverage. Let air dry. Re-apply as needed.

2Toms FootShield still allows your feet to breathe, however, it does help prevent them from sweating.
