Sizing Information:
Please use the Sizing Guide to determine your Footlogics size. If in doubt, simply measure the length of your foot with a ruler, from the back of the heel to the tip of the big toe. You can rest assured that by measuring your foot you’ll always receive the correct size orthotic.
Please note that the full-length models can all be trimmed to size with normal scissors at the toe end, in case the insoles are too long or wide for your shoes. In many cases this won’t be necessary and the insole should fit perfectly into your footwear, without any trimming. Please remove any existing loose innersoles from your shoes, before placing you Footlogics insoles inside them.

Tulis FAQ's
1. What are Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups?
Tuli’s Heel Cups are shock-absorbing inserts designed to sit under your heel inside your shoes. The Heavy Duty version is thicker and provides extra cushioning for high-impact activity or long days on your feet.
2. What shoes do they fit into?
They fit most lace-up shoes including runners, school shoes, work shoes and everyday sneakers. They may feel too snug in very tight dress shoes.
What’s the difference between Classic and Heavy Duty?
Classic = standard thickness for everyday shoes.
Heavy Duty = roughly twice as thick, ideal for sport, high-impact activity and roomier footwear.
How long do they last?
They’re durable, reusable and designed for daily wear. Most people move them between different pairs of shoes.
