Shipping Information

Our shipping via regular post is a flat rate of $8.95 anywhere in Australia with Australia Post tracking numbers.

Flat rate Express Post of $12.95 anywhere in Australia with Australia Post tracking numbers.

Cut Off Time For Orders: 12.00pm

All orders over $100 are shipped free. 

Delivery Time: 3-5 Business days for regular post & 1-3 days for Express Post

We only use Australia Post for all our shipments

Processing Time

Typically our handling time for orders is same 1 -2 days and we endeavour to get all express post orders sent the same day they are ordered if ordered before 12.00pm

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed you will receive an order and tracking number. You can go to our Track Your Order page at any time to see the progress of your delivery.

Why Is My Order Taking So Long?

Our shipping times are an estimate and sometimes shipping can be delayed by factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, high volume busy periods and public holidays (in other states). If you have any concerns about your order please contact us at info@thefootcareshop.com.au and we are happy to look into this for you.

What To Do If Your Order Is Lost During Delivery

All of our orders are sent using Australia Post due to their reliability and to ensure orders are delivered smoothly and quickly.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will help to investigate and rectify the situation for you. Please email us with your order details at info@thefootcareshop.com.au and we will follow up with Australia Post and get back to you with an update within 1-2 business days.  

Can I Pick My Order Up?

Pick up can be arranged through our Moonee Ponds Office. Please email us on info@thefootcareshop.com.au and we can arrange for a next day pick up.
