How To Track Your Order

You can easily track your order from The Foot Care Shop with our real-time tracking system.

1. Tracking Page

You can locate our tracking page in our main menu at the top of the home page. You will need your tracking number of order id which can both be found on your order confirmation email.

2. Instructions For Use

Once you arrive at the tracking page you have 2 options to track your parcel, these are:

1) Enter your order id and your email and then click the TRACK button or

2) Enter your tracking number and the click the TRACK button

Once you click the TRACK button for either option you will then be able to view the latest status of your order.

3. Order Status Information

Order Confirmation: Once your order is ready for dispatch, an email to confirm will be sent with a tracking link. Click the track delivery link to get the latest status of your order.

Delivered: Once your order has been delivered you will receive a confirmation of delivery email.

4. FAQ's

How do I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address please email us as soon as possible at info@thefootcareshop.com.au and so long as your order has not already been dispatched we can update your delivery address for you.

What if my order taking longer than expected to be delivered?

There are many reasons why your parcel may take longer than the provided delivery guidelines on our website. As the delivery time frame is only a guideline we do not offer a guarantee service. 
 
Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances where your delivery may be delayed. For example:
  • Driver has run out of time
  • Public holidays
  • Incomplete address / incomplete details
  • Courier unable to find address
  • Your area may only be serviced 1 or 2 days of the week. This is very common for rural / hard to reach areas.
If you are in the metro area and it has been longer than 4 working days or you are in a rural area and it has been more than 7 working days, we recommend contacting  Australia Post directly so you can find out if there are any issues.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers?

Yes. We're able to deliver to all PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers.
