  • Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement

Can I exchange an item?

Can insoles be trimmed to fit?
Yes — most full-length insoles can be trimmed at the toe to achieve the best fit in your shoes. We recommend trimming gradually for accuracy.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

We will investigate with Australia Post and provide an update within 1–2 business days.
