my feet as I have aged (56) have become super dry and achy with circulation and arthritis issues.

On first use of this product, with a foot file I am very impressed with the difference in my skin.

Self care becomes even more important as we age, these crystals should be part of anyone's routine with feet issues IMO!

I also use Gewhol mint/ walkers pedicreme plus as needed (DONT place the latter between your toes as has urea) and use just a general moisturiser as a foot massage.

(I was a manicure and pedicurist for 20 years, hence my healthy feet interest! )
