Powerstep® PowerKids 3/4 Pediatric Insoles

Maximum cushioning. Maximum support.

Powerstep PowerKids 3/4 Pediatric Insoles are affordable, easy-to-use prefabricated insoles for children, designed to offer structured support similar in fit and function to custom-made options. They are specifically shaped to support growing feet while maintaining comfort and ease of use.

These insoles provide rearfoot stability by gently cradling and positioning the heel, while the built-in arch support helps support the mid-foot and forefoot. The 3/4 length design leaves the forefoot and toes free, helping maintain comfort inside children’s shoes without crowding the toe box.

Powerstep PowerKids Insoles are commonly chosen for children who need additional foot support, stability, and alignment during everyday activities.

Ideal for use in children’s athletic-style shoes with laces or Velcro strap closures.

Sizing Guide

Sized according to US shoe sizing. Please refer to the sizing guide image included in the product listing.

Wearing & Fitting Instructions

Place the Powerstep® PowerKids insole into the child’s shoe without removing the existing insole. Ensure the child’s heel sits fully into the back of the insole before fastening the shoe.

If discomfort is noticed in the toe area, a shoe half size larger may be required. Begin with a few hours of wear per day and gradually increase wear time as the child becomes accustomed to the added support.

Care Instructions

Spot clean with a mild detergent. Do not immerse in water. Air dry only. Replace Powerstep PowerKids insoles as needed, depending on wear and the child’s foot growth.

Warning & Important Information

Not intended for individuals with significant structural foot conditions or circulatory disorders that may result in infections or ulcerations. If your child has an existing medical condition or you have concerns about suitability, consult a qualified health professional before use.
