I had a heel spur many years ago and treated it successfully with Tulis Heel Cups. Recently, I have been bothered with another heel spur and a sore tendon. This was my second purchase of these heel cups. I no longer have heel pain issues and my feet sit securely in my shoes with no rubbing. I have several pairs so I dn’t have to change them to other shoes. I wear them every day! Couldn’t walk without them.
