The Body Block is a lightweight support that helps position your arms, legs, heels or feet comfortably. You can also place it between your knees as a spacer.
Its shaped sides offer five different support heights. Simply turn the block to choose the height and curve that suits how you are using it. Made from polyurethane with a wipe-clean outer surface, it is easy to move, store and clean.

Common Uses
The Body Block can be rotated into different positions to support:
- heels and feet while resting;
- the lower legs or knees;
- arms and elbows;
- positioning between the knees when side-lying;
- comfortable limb positioning during rest or personal care.
How to Use
Place the Body Block on a stable surface and rotate it until you find the most suitable height and contour. Position the relevant limb gently on the block and check that the body feels supported without uncomfortable pressure.
The Body Block is intended for positioning and support. It should not be stood or sat on unless the manufacturer specifically confirms that use.
Care Instructions
Wipe the outer surface with a suitable surface-disinfectant wipe or spray. Follow the cleaning-product directions and allow the block to dry completely before reuse. Do not immerse it in water unless the manufacturer confirms that it is suitable for immersion.
