The Body Block is a lightweight support that helps position your arms, legs, heels or feet comfortably. You can also place it between your knees as a spacer.

Its shaped sides offer five different support heights. Simply turn the block to choose the height and curve that suits how you are using it. Made from polyurethane with a wipe-clean outer surface, it is easy to move, store and clean.
